Joe Huggins graduated from the University of Utah Law School in 1982.
He has represented a spectrum of clients including injury victims, medical professionals, high-profile real estate and
business concerns, real estate agents, brokers and title companies, musicians, recording artists and entertainment personalities. He
has also been a panel attorney for more than 20 years in the Federal Courts under the Criminal Justice Act. Joe has successfully negotiated many multi-million dollar out-of-court settlements, business
and real estate deals in Las Vegas, Nevada, and around the country. He concentrates
in civil trials and appeals related to real estate, business and commercial law, personal injury, wrongful death,
medical malpractice, and products liability due to consumer injuries from unsafe products.
Kristine Maxwell graduated
from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law at BYU. She has been practicing law since 2000. Prior to
passing the bars of Utah and Nevada, Ms. Maxwell spent over ten years with the Utah Attorney General's Office operating
at the highest levels of law and politics. Kristine concentrates in
personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and products liability due to consumer injuries from unsafe products.
She represents many doctors and other medical professionals. She is also an experienced real estate attorney.
